of the church in Thyatira write; these things saith the Son of God, who hath his
eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;”
Exordium - The beginning, the introductory part of a
speech.

Thyatira write; these things saith the Son of God,
B. Indignation - who hath his eyes like unto a flame of
fire,
Revelation 1:13 - And in the midst of the seven
candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the
foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. 14 His head and his hairs
were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; 15
And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice
as the sound of many waters.
C. Consecration - and his feet are like fine brass.
Revelation 19:15 - And out of his mouth goeth a sharp
sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a
rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of
Almighty God.16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING
OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
II Samuel 22:10 - He bowed the heavens also, and came down;
and darkness was under his feet.

works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
I Corinthians 15:25 - For he must reign, till he hath put
all enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are
put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things
under him. 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son
also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be
all in all.
His feet of fine brass are pointing to his role a judge!
John 5:22 - For the Father judgeth no man, but hath
committed all judgment unto the Son:
John 5:27 -
And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of
man.

that we are dust. 15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the
field, so he flourisheth. 16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and
the place thereof shall know it no more. 17 But the mercy of the LORD is from
everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto
children's children; 18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember
his commandments to do them.
Hebrews 4:13 - Neither is there any creature that is not
manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him
with whom we have to do.
Luke 12:7

taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I
have done to you? 13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash
one another's feet. 15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I
have done to you. 16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater
than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him. 17 If ye
know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.

must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek
him.
II Corinthians 5:7 - (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
4. A Real Christian Lights by Patience – and thy patience,
and thy works;
Matthew 5:14
- Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick;

before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is
in heaven.
