Seven Rules to Start Life On

I. Discover and Find -

Hebrews 10:9 - Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God.

II. Dutiful in God's Field-

Matthew 28:19 - Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

I Thessalonians 1:6 - And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost: 7 So that ye were ensamples to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia. 8 For from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing.

III. Danger of Getting into the Frey -

Psalms 19:14 - Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

Psalms 1:1 - Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

IV. Developing a Good Faith -

Philippians 4:9 - Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

V. Determining in the Heart to be Filled -

Psalms 119:11 - Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

Philippians 1:3 - I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 7  Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.

Romans 1:15 - So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

VI. Dependants and Good Friends -

Proverbs 13:20 - He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.

Proverbs 27:17 - Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

VII. Done with a Good Finish -

John 17:4 - I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

II Timothy 4:7 - I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
